Integrations

How information enters and leaves Throughline

Throughline connects to the ownership ecosystem in three distinct ways — customer-directed intake, partner integrations, and external provider handoffs. Not every integration is live; each is labeled with its current status.

Three integration paths

Clear about what is live, in preview, and planned

Throughline is designed to integrate, not replace. Status labels are shown so nothing implies broader connectivity than exists today.

For customers

Provider-portal import is a development preview, not a universal connection to every provider. Handoffs send the customer to the provider to complete claims, service, and renewal actions — Throughline prepares the record and does not transact on the customer's behalf.
