Throughline provides tools to organize vehicle records, coverage documents, service history, and ownership reminders. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information about your vehicles and documents.

Throughline is a records and management platform, not an insurer, warranty administrator, or provider of protection plans. Any coverage information shown in the platform is a convenience summary derived from your documents. Actual eligibility, benefits, exclusions, and claims outcomes are governed solely by your plan or contract and are subject to the issuing provider’s approval and terms.

Nothing in the platform constitutes a guarantee of coverage, reimbursement, or a specific outcome. Always confirm details with your provider.

You retain rights to the documents and information you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content to operate the service — for example, to organize records and generate readiness signals — as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you access Throughline through a partner, additional partner terms may apply to your relationship with that partner. Those terms do not change the platform terms described here.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Throughline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
